Generally, shipments going to Eastern US destinations are sent via USPS standard delivery, whereas shipments going to Central or Western US destinations are sent via DHL Smart Mail. Canadian and International shipments are shipped via USPS parcel post airmail.
Estimated delivery times for standard shipments are between 4 and 10 mailing days. Most international customers experience shipping times between 5 days and 5 weeks depending on location. Please note that standard shipments are not guaranteed and we can not provide tracking information. |

** Please note these two important points regarding 2nd Day and Express Delivery:
1) In the event that an article in your order cannot be produced because we do not have your chosen size or color available, the Spreadshirt Customer Service team will make every attempt to contact you by email or by telephone to suggest alternative choices. Should we not be able to contact you in time to ensure that your order ships within the time frame of your guaranteed shipment, we will use our best judgment to replace the product. In these instances, we will notify you by letter with your shipment to explain the changes.
2) 2nd Day and Express Delivery cannot be shippped to P.O. Box addresses. If you have entered a P.O. Box address and chosen 2nd Day or Express Delivery, your shipment is likely to be delayed and cannot be gauranteed. In this instance, or in the unlikely case we cannot ship according to the terms you selected within two business days of producing the order, Spreadshirt will reimburse the additional shipping costs to you and ship your item via Standard delivery.
