Step 1 - Making Your Selection:
Click on the graphic you want, then click on the product you wish to purchase. Select your size (refer to the size link on the item page for general help, or click the NGX SIZING HELP link in the NGX navigation section to the left), select your quantity (default is 1), and click PUT IN CART. To add additional items, ignore the grey CONTINUE SHOPPING button and instead, click on the CLICK HERE TO RETURN TO THE NGX GRAPHICS LIST link at the top. Click on the graphic you want etc, then click on the product you wish to purchase - blah blah blah - you get the idea.
** Note: Items will stay in your cart for a little while before your cart resets. Therefore if you wish to shop in various Spreadshops you may do so easily as your cart will carry over from Spreadshop to Spreadshop, allowing you to purchase everything all at once.
** Another Note: Sometimes stuff goes out of stock, this will be indicated by the word Temporarily Unavailable when the entire stock is affected, or by the affected sizes not being listed in the drop down menu. If some weird shit happens (like the inventory warehouse catches on fire) and the product goes out of stock after purchase, you will be notified From time to time some styles may be temporarily out of stock. We will let you know by listing it as 'Temporarily Unavailable' if it affects the entire style. If only one size is affected, that size option will not be available in the size drop-down menu when placing your order.

Step 2 - Start Your Checkout:
Your cart is full and you're ready to proceed. If you are not already in your shopping cart, click the SHOPPING CART link. Review the contents of your cart - is this what you want? Right colours? Right sizes? Add/delete/adjust as necessary. Good, now if you've got a coupon code or a gift certificate code, enter that in the COUPON CODE box. Be sure to agree to the Terms of Service, and now click on the PROCEED TO PURCHASE button.

Step 3 - Billing Address:
Fill in your billing address - this address must match the one associated with the credit card you plan to use, otherwise your purchase won't be processed and scary people might come after you. If you are shipping your items to an address different from your billing address, click the DELIVERY ADDRESS (IF DIFFERENT) link and fill out your shipping information. Now, select your SHIPPING OPTIONS, and once you've decided whether you'd like your items giftwrapped or not, click the TO CHECKOUT button.

Step 4 - Payment Methods:
Select your payment method. Naughtygirlx/Spreadshirt, accepts: Visa, Mastercard, American Express, and Diners Club cards, as well as Debit or Cheque cards associated with any of the aformentioned companies. Cheques and Money Orders (payable in US dollars) are also good, but can take anywhere from 5 to 10 days to process. Finally, we also accept GIFT CERTIFICATES.
If you're paying by credit card, enter your information.
Click the PROCEED TO CHECKOUT button.

Step 5 - Email Confirmation:
Check your email - whoohoo! You have now received your email confirmation! This will provide you with a link that will allow you to track your order's progress with Spreadshirt. This email should arrive within a few minutes of placing your order, half an hour max. If you do not receive this confirmation, it is most likely due either to a technical problem or an error in your e-mail address (e.g. typo). In this case, please contact Spreadshirt Customer Service immediately with the approximate time of the order.

Wait anxiously, and then sooth your anxiety with moderate amounts of alcohol and recreational drugs. Empty your mailbox and ... hurray! Your Naughtygirlx products have arrived. Put them on, do something sexy, photograph yourself doing sexy things in your new Naughtygirlx gear, and then send us your photos for the chance to win super terrific prizes!

Other Stuff:
Ordering with Naughtygirlx/Spreadshirt should be easy like a preacher's daughter. If you manage to encounter technical problems, contact Spreadshirt Customer Service with as many details as possible, including browser and O/S information, and they'll make those problems disappear faster than a bottle of wine at Naughty's place.
The production of your items will commence as soon as payment arrives/clears. If somehow you manage to default on your payment, Spreadshirt will come after you with a big stick.

What the hell are flock and flex?
Both Flock and Flex refer to plot printing options. With Flock printing and Flex printing, each element of the design is individually cut out, arranged on the item, and then heat pressed at a ridiculously high temperature. The result? Your beloved design is permanently adhered to the fibers of your Naughtygirlx gear. Doing it this way means that the spaces in between and surrounding the design is actually the fabric of the apparel, pretty sweet huh?
How do I know which one is on my shirt?
It's easy. Put on your Naughtygirlx wear and ask a friend to fondle your chest. Or ask a friendly looking stranger or one of your perverted uncles. We don't judge but we do recommend that you do not inlist the help of any family pets. Not only will they get hair all over your new shirt, but it is unlikely that they will be able to communicate to you what they feel under their paws.
No friends nearby? Stepbrother not around? The damn dog just keeps barking? Alright then, just touch the design on your NGX gear yourself.
If the design is slightly raised, and feels soft and velvety - it's Flock.
If the design feels slick, smooth, and shiny - it's Flex.
What's better? Flock or Flex?:
Both plot printing styles are absolutely high quality. They may crack a tiny bit if the shirt is stretched far, but don't freak out if this happens. It doesn't interfere with the design at all, in fact Girl X thinks it looks cooler that way and has purposely stretched all her stuff to induce mild cracking. Of course, Girl X has done a lot of drugs and binge drinking. If you want to avoid crackage as much as possible, be sure not to lend your stuff to friends with larger boobs than yours. Make them buy their own naughtygirlx gear!
Neither Flock nor Flex prints fade with normal usage. Maybe they will after a few years of constant wear and wash, but assuming you don't wear one shirt every single day for the rest of your life, the graphic should be fine and vibrant and gorgeous and all that wonderful stuff.
What do Naughty and Girl X prefer?:
Though both print options kick ass, we Naughtygirlx gals generally prefer Flock. Why? Because we love having our chests fondled, and the soft velvety flock prints encourage people to do so. And frankly, have you seen Girl X's little boobs? She needs all the help she can get.
However, sexual gratification aside, Flex does offer more variety: more colours, glitter, metallics, even glow-in-the-dark. So when we do use Flex it's generally because we want to take advantage of the additional options it provides.

Flex/Flock Care Instructions:
Washing:
Handwashing is always best, but who the fuck wants to do that? Not you. So we suggest this quick and easy alternative to make your Naughtygirlx clothes last forever and ever.
1) Turn your Naughtygirl X wear inside out.
2) Throw it in the washing machine and choose cold water
3) Set your machine to the gentle/delicate cycle and wash. (If you hope to actually come out with a clean shirt, be sure to include detergent in the mix.)
If that's too much work, then simply turn your item inside out and wash it the same way you wash the rest of your stuff. Avoid using bleach if you can. Flex shouldn't be affected, but Flock might.
Drying:
Your Naughtygirlx stuff should be fine in a regular dryer cycle (though low heat is preferred), but if you absolutely want to be completely sure that absolutely nothing goes wrong and it doesn't shrink, then lay it flat to dry.
Ironing:
If you're so incredibly obsessive compulsive that you actually iron tank tops and tees, turn your item inside out and iron using low heat and no steam. But you're really better off just smoking a jay and leaving the ironing to dumber people.
Dry cleaning:
What, are you fucked up? Who the hell dry cleans a T-shirt? In case this wasn't clear DON'T DRY CLEAN YOUR NGX GEAR!

So what about digital?
Right about now, Digital feels like the awkward middle sister that no one's really interested in. Not as clever as the oldest sister, not as pretty as the youngest, but she makes up for it by being really easy. Yes, digital print is the cheap slut of T-shirt design, who will go down for a pat on the head.
Basically a digital print is like a big sticker, heat pressed to your shirt. This works best on white fabric and in fact when Naughtygirlx uses Digital Prints, we do so pretty much only on whites (er, fabric, not people).
Designing for plot printing can be a bit tricky, and going from idea to shirt is a slightly lengthy process. Digital on the other hand is easy like a Catholic school girl. This is why most of the customisable graphics use digital printing. Your customised graphic can be ready lickety split.
Digital prints allow for as many colours and as much detail as you'd like, which is great, also digital allows us to print on non t-shirty things, like mugs and buttons and such. The down side is that all your shirts are white, the print fades, and the spacing in between images and letters is stiff white digital printy stuff, and not the fabric of the shirt as would be with plot printing techniques.
Naughtygirlx tends to offer both digital and plot printing options for our more graphicy graphics, for example: Pretty Pussy, and Coed Naked Quidditch.
* The digital print on mugs etc is good for life.

Digital Care Instructions:
Washing:
As with Flex/Flock, handwashing is always safest, but a cold, gentle/delicate machine cycle is good enough and should keep your digital graphic looking new for a while. Warm and regular wash cycles will lead to fading over time. We're not sure what bleach will do to a digital design, so just avoid that.
Drying:
Machine drying will fade the design on your shirt. Maybe not the first time, maybe not the second, but it will fade. Everybody hates a fader. Except those people who like looking all 'I bought it second hand' retro and shit. Anyway, lay your item flat to dry.
Ironing:
So you've begun to fade, eh? Iron your item inside out on low heat with no steam. This will help refresh the colours in the design. Sort of like an upper for your gear. Only without the hard crash the next day.
Dry cleaning:
Don't bother. It's just a t-shirt. You need to learn to relax.

Shipping and Delivery is handled via our partnership with 'Spreadshirt.com.' After ordering, shipments are sent out within 1-2 business days of payment being received. You will be contacted via email once your order has been sent.

Generally, shipments going to Eastern US destinations are sent via USPS standard delivery, whereas shipments going to Central or Western US destinations are sent via DHL Smart Mail. Canadian and International shipments are shipped via USPS parcel post airmail.

We girls at Naughtygirlx wish to provide satisfaction to all! In order to facilitate this without becoming turbo sluts, Naughtygirlx/Spreadshirt offer a 100% satisfaction guarantee. If your product arrives with a flaw or mistake (which probably will never happen because Naughtygirlx/Spreadshirt is so fucking awesome), contact the Spreadshirt Customer Service center immediately, or at the very least, within 30 days of your purchase date (after which you are shit outta luck). Do not do anything with/about your product without contacting them first!
Please not that:
- Shipping charges are non-refundable.
- You cannot return shoes or underwear ... sicko!

Cancelling:
If you've ordered and changed your mind and wish to cancel your order, be sure to do so before the order has begun processing. Each shirt is made to order, which means it isn't sitting in a box waiting to be bought by some sick and twisted sexy individual. Until the sick and twisted sexy individual purchases a shirt - it doesn't exist. This means that if your order has already begun being made, you're too late. Naughtygirlx/Spreadshirt tend to ship out items within 48 hours of payment and therefore have a very short time between payment and the onset of processing. It is possible that an order that was just recently submitted is already in processing, and as such cannot be cancelled. It's sort of like using an emergency contraceptive pill, you've got a short window of opportunity to get rid of the damn thing, but once it becomes a foetus, you can't abort. So if you want to cancel - do so as quickly as possible. Login to your ORDER STATUS page and click on the CANCEL ORDER button.

Cancelling:
If you've ordered and changed your mind and wish to cancel your order, be sure to do so before the order has begun processing. Each shirt is made to order, which means it isn't sitting in a box waiting to be bought by some sick and twisted sexy individual. Until the sick and twisted sexy individual purchases a shirt - it doesn't exist. This means that if your order has already begun being made, you're too late. Naughtygirlx/Spreadshirt tend to ship out items within 48 hours of payment and therefore have a very short time between payment and the onset of processing. It is possible that an order that was just recently submitted is already in processing, and as such cannot be cancelled. It's sort of like using an emergency contraceptive pill, you've got a short window of opportunity to get rid of the damn thing, but once it becomes a foetus, you can't abort. So if you want to cancel - do so as quickly as possible. Login to your ORDER STATUS page and click on the CANCEL ORDER button.
