Copyrights
The copyright for fictional work is transferred to naughtygirlx.com for an initial period determined by naughtygirlx.com and up to six weeks from the first posting on the naughtygirlx.com site. After that copyright reverts back to you the owner/author.

During the time that Naughtygirlx.com holds the rights to your work, you will refrain from distributing the work in question in any form, including charitable or pro bono publication. Seriously, 6 weeks is not a long time to wait.

In the case of fiction work submitted naughtygirlx.com has the right to:

• Publish and distribute the story by means of email, other electronic form or print in hard copy.
• Modify and edit the story for the purposes of publication or distribution as outlined in the previous bullet point.
• Download, print and store in electronic and hard copy, and/or copy the story for the purposes of or in relation to any of the above rights.

You may terminate this licence with two weeks notice to naughtygirlx.com. Notice should be delivered by email or snailmail. If you email us, this notice will be considered received when naughtygirlx.com sends you a confirmation of your termination. In the case of snail mail, this notice will be considered received ten (10) business days after posting. On termination of the license, naughtygirlx.com will remove the short story from the Website, but may keep copies for our records.

You acknowledge that naughtygirlx.com has no control over copies or use by third parties of User Content (e.g. any copying or use on other websites or personal or public computers) and is not liable for any loss or damage of any kind (including, without limitation, any intellectual property infringement), resulting from the use of User Content.

No resale
